Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, clients, and community connections

• Generate self-sourced mortgage business

• Take mortgage applications and guide borrowers through the loan process

• Structure loan scenarios and pre-qualify borrowers

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, real estate agents, and internal team members

• Collaborate with processing and operations staff for smooth closings

• Deliver exceptional client service from application to closing

• Stay informed on mortgage guidelines, products, and market trends

• Represent James Mortgage professionally in the community and online

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up effectively

• Professional appearance and conduct

Preferred:

• Mortgage origination experience

• Existing referral relationships

• Knowledge of broker channel products

• Experience with Arive or similar LOS

• Social media / personal branding comfort

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, friendly person to become the face and organizational backbone of our office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Greet clients and visitors

• Help collect documentation from borrowers

• Assist with client communication and updates

• Support loan officers and operations team

• Organize office systems and workflows

• Handle light marketing/admin tasks as needed

• Assist with follow-up communication

• Keep office organized and running efficiently

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable with technology, email, CRM systems, and general office software
